Hosted Open Round Tables

Join up to 16 other delegates at a time at one of our hosted round table discussions. Scheduled across the 14 days. These allows for delegates to share ideas and collaboration through a moderated/facilitated discussion among attendees.

Speed Networking

At each of our scheduled speed networking events (45 minute format) you can expect to meet up to a dozen individuals. We will schedule speed networking events throughout the fortnight festival and they will be hosted by a variety of industry influencers, senior execs and special guests. Request Private Meetings

You can schedule your own private meetings once registered for the event.

First, you will need to find the profile of the attendee that you would like to meet with. This can be done by clicking on that user’s name in the chat tab or the people tab of your event. Once there, you will see a schedule a meeting button.

Clicking that button will open a modal with the following information for you to populate.

  • Start date/time
  • End date/time
  • Select recipients: You may invite up to 5 users to a meeting
  • Exclude me from meeting: If you would like to set up meetings for other users in your event, you can exclude yourself from this meeting. Once you exclude yourself from the meeting, there is no way to see the meeting details in your notifications.
