This ensures our events can run with minimal technical issues, that your presentation can take place with maximum effect and the delegate experience is greatly enhanced. We invest a great deal of resources in ensuring we can provide an enhanced presentation experience allowing you to shine.
With respect we ask vendor and established agency side speakers to consider our costs of hosting and providing the platform and ask you to consider voluntarily purchasing a discounted pass.
Invited speakers are afforded the following privileges:
Your Presentation we provide speakers with copies of their presentations after a short embargo and the means to embed those videos on their own site, social etc.
Your Delegates we provide our speakers with the names, employers and job titles of those who attended their sessions on request.
Your Pass we provide our speakers an all access online pass to the event and we encourage you to watch, engage and partake in other sessions.
Your Guest Pass we provide our speakers an all access pass to the event for a colleague or client.
Your Speaker Discount Code we provide every speaker a discount code/link for referrals.
Discounted In Person Entry – generous discounts for attending any in person events.
Stipends or Additional Benefits – for in person physical events we may be able to offset some costs for brand side speakers, academics and those working in the third sector.
Vendors & Agencies
We do respectfully ask that you look to offset the costs of speaking at any event, physical or virtual. We can discuss the associated costs and how you can minimise them, we are not a pay to play platform.

We maintain special pricing for this class of speaker and provide heavily discounted exhibitor opportunities.
