Have questions about the upcoming event?

Yes the main conference, workshops and invitation only discussion groups take place on the 16th and 17th of September in Utrecht.

On the 13th of September, the Friday before the event we have an Agency Only day in partnership with CM.com. That event is in Breda.

On the Sunday the 15th, the evening before the event we are organising an informal karaoke evening and meal.

On September 18th we are organising an additional networking activity including a meal with details TBC shortly.

A certificate of attendance is available to al attendees- Additional recognition of your professional skills are also available.

Attendees will be able to sit online tests and receive certifications in a range of subjects including:

Some of the tests may require additional online study, access to any required resources will be provided for at least 60 days as part of a purchase of a ticket.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate our attendees as best as we can. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation by August 1st:

    • Full refund of the ticket price.
    • Processing fees may apply.
  2. Cancellation between August 2nd and August 25th:

    • 60% refund of the ticket price.
    • Processing fees may apply.
  3. Cancellation after August 31st:

    • No refunds will be issued.
    • You may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional cost.
  4. Event Cancellation or Postponement:

    • If iwe cancel or postpones the event for any reason, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event date.
    • Any travel or accommodation expenses incurred will not be refunded by the organisers.
  5. Ticket Transfers:

    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us of the transfer at least 7 days prior to the event or they may have to be issued a non standard delegate badge if there is not enough time for printing.
  6. No-Show Policy:

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
